Do you know how to quickly remove berry stains? SSPDaily told you about 3 simple but effective ways.
Cold water and vinegar
To remove berry stains, you need to immediately rinse them with cold water. Then you can prepare a mixture by combining one tablespoon of white vinegar with two glasses of cold water. The contaminated area should be soaked in this solution for 30 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the clothes thoroughly and wash them as usual with detergent.
Lemon juice
Soak the contaminated area with fresh lemon juice and leave it for about 10-15 minutes. After that, rinse the fabric with cold water and then wash it with detergent as usual.
The natural acidity of citrus helps to break down the pigments of berry stains, making them easier to wash. Adding a small amount of salt will also enhance the stain removal properties.
Baking soda
Prepare the product by mixing a tablespoon of baking soda with water. Then rub it gently into the stained area. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse and wash the garment in cold water and washing powder.
It is important to test a small, inconspicuous area of the garment to ensure that the product does not cause discolouration.
