It was attended by about 3,000 developers from different sectors of the gaming industry, VGC resource reports. When asked about current development directions, 8% of respondents mentioned Nintendo Switch 2 or any other title that Nintendo would choose for its future console.

Although the developers are bound by a non-disclosure agreement since the console has not been officially announced, their involvement in projects related to the next Nintendo Switch sheds light on the progress made. Interestingly, when asked to name the most anticipated console, 32% of them expressed their interest in the upcoming Switch, second only to the PC (62%) and ahead of even the very popular PS5 (41%).
