Classics are back in fashion: how to make a textured French manicure
In manicure, there are practical styles for work or study, such as French manicure, and there are trends that are a good addition to a monochromatic base gel. Textured French manicure belongs to such trends in the art of nail care. This was reported by SSPDaily.
Popsugar writes: "You may have already heard of the textured nail trend, which is all about creating embossed patterns and includes everything from 3D swirls to 'liquid melt. However, instead of covering the entire nail, the textured French manicure is applied only to the tips.
This is an easy way to borrow the artistic effect of 3D and combine it with the elegance of a classic French manicure, which is the main trend of the early 21st century.
What is a textured French manicure?
As the name implies, a textured French manicure is a traditional design with the addition of 3D elements, but only on the tips. This type of manicure appeared on the catwalks of New York Fashion Week and is now at the peak of popularity on social networks such as TikTok.
As a rule, a transparent overlay is used to create a textured manicure, but some people prefer to paint the texture in the same shade as the tips of the nails for sophistication.
While this type of manicure may seem like the perfect middle ground for minimalist lovers looking to bring something special to the table, a textured French manicure can be an interesting addition to more maximalist designs.
"It's perfect because it can be layered," says Kandalek. "You can add charms, draw details on your nails, whatever comes to mind."

If you want to create a similar look with gel products, you should pay attention to a few points related to texturing. "3D gel is available in two versions: in a tube, which is usually faster to apply, or in a jar," says Kandalek.
"Both options have their pros and cons, but if you have problems with your hands, it can be difficult to squeeze the gel out of the tube."
Working with a jar is more manual, but you can add pigments to the gel, and then roll a portion between your gloved fingers to dilute it and press it against the nail to achieve the desired effect.
When it's time to draw, use a translucent pink color as a base, and then draw a smile line thick enough to leave room for a noticeable pattern. Depending on which application method you prefer, either gently apply the design to your fingertip or cut out the desired image from the hard gel after you apply it to your finger, polymerizing each finger as you go.
Finally, apply a top coat of your choice and the look is complete.
