Pizza delivery woman tells how she was given a kitten instead of a tip
A pizza delivery service employee was stunned when a customer gave her a four-week-old kitten instead of a tip. As a result, the woman took the kitten home and shared the incident on social media.
Thus, the Mirror reported that the future owner of the kitten came to Motel 6 with an order and did not expect a tip. "I delivered a pizza to a Motel 6. As a rule, four out of five people at Motel 6 don't tip, so I didn't expect much."
When the customer opened the door, she handed over the order. And while he was signing the credit card, she noticed his cat.
"I love animals, so I always get very excited. So this time I said: "Oh, your cat is just beautiful."
Then the guy opened the door wider, pointed to the corner where several kittens were lying and asked if she wanted one.
"At that moment, I was in shock." She asked him if he was serious, and then went over and picked out a kitten.
"I took one, and he said: "This can be your tip!" and gives me back a piece of paper that actually said $0. So now I'm the owner of a four-week-old kitten named Tipsy."
The pizza delivery lady also added: "It's really nice that the guy is giving away kittens. I hope that the others will find good hands."
The woman then went on to say that she had taken the kitten to the vet and explained the situation to him. She said: "Both the vet and the people at the pet store said that the kitten would not be afraid to be away from its mother (as this was also one of my fears) if we feed it diligently and pay a lot of attention to it."
Commenting on her post, one user said: "This is amazing! I'm a big animal lover myself. I had cats when I was a kid. Check out kitten lady's website, there are useful tips on how to take care of small kittens."
