Karen Allen Wants To Return For Indy 5!!
Karen Allen, the actress who played Marion in Raiders of the Lost Ark and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, wants to return for the upcoming 5th Indy adventure!
Karen Allen is anxious to return to the world of Indiana Jones, but she admits she isn’t sure if she will be appearing. Allen had this to say to The Daily Beast:
"I would just love to do it, and I won’t know until they tell me. I might be in it, I might not be in it—I’m very hopeful I will, but you never know!"
The interview also covers her latest starring role in the indie film, Year by the Sea.
It will be interesting to see what Spielberg and company do with Indy 5. I am almost certain Shia LaBeouf will not appear in the next film, but Allen I am not sure of. How far will Disney, who own Indiana Jones now, go to separate this next film from the much maligned Crystal Skull? It will be interesting to see this all play out, and with Indy 5 due in 2020, we shouldn’t be that far from getting answers.
