Do you often toss and turn in your sleep, trying to find a comfortable position? Or maybe you wake up early in the morning and don't feel rested? In the modern world, sleep problems have become a common problem. They lead to a significant deterioration in the quality of life, and therefore need to be addressed.

Therefore, the SSPDaily portal has shared an effective way to help you fall asleep faster in the evening and not wake up throughout the night.

Don't go straight to pharmaceuticals, though, as you may find that traditional recipes will help you. All you need are two ingredients that can be found in the kitchen. From them, you will prepare a mixture that will help you fall asleep. We are talking about natural honey (5 tsp) and pink Himalayan salt (1 tbsp).

Thoroughly mix these two ingredients in a small glass container, cover and store in a dark, cool place. Just before going to bed, take 1 tsp of the mixture under the tongue and let it dissolve.

Why this natural remedy works

Thanks to natural honey, there is a slight increase in insulin levels, which stimulates the secretion of serotonin, a hormone responsible for falling asleep and regulating sleep. In combination with pink Himalayan salt, which is rich in trace elements, including potassium, magnesium, and calcium, it helps to reduce the amount of stress hormone, relax the body, and prepare it for restful sleep.

Himalayan salt also helps to provide the body with all the necessary substances to keep it functioning throughout the day.

This natural remedy is a great and safe alternative to sleeping pills and pharmaceuticals. It is quite easy to prepare, and the ingredients are available to Ukrainians. After a few days of using the mixture, you will notice that you are sleeping better.

To maximize the effect of the product, you should ensure proper sleep hygiene. Always go to bed and get up at the same time, avoid alcohol and caffeine before bed, and make sure the bedroom is quiet, dark, and cool.

If sleep problems continue and become regular, you should consult a doctor.
