So, what does Sleep Advisors recommend in this regard? First, it's a cold shower or bath, or at least a bowl of cold water to put your feet in. Perform such water procedures for 10-15 minutes.

Next, get rid of unnecessary clothes. Up to the point where you can take everything off and sleep naked.

Serious physical activity before going to bed in the heat is strictly not recommended.  Be sure to avoid spicy food and coffee.

The key to a good night's sleep in uncomfortable conditions is room ventilation.

Experts also advise to be mindful of dehydration and drink more. At the same time, drinks should be warm to maintain internal temperature balance.

They also emphasize the importance of optimizing the sleep environment. This includes: choosing the coldest room in the house, replacing winter bedding with summer bedding, "removing" pets from the bed, and rational use of air conditioning.
