How to get perfect abs: five easy and effective exercises you can do at home
Everyone wants to have perfect abs. However, many people do nothing about it because they don't have enough time or money to go to the gym. SSPDaily has prepared a set of easy exercises that you can do even at home.
Bicycle exercises
This exercise targets not only the abdominal muscles but also the obliques, providing a comprehensive full-body workout. To perform "bicycle crunches," lie on your back, lift your feet off the ground, and bring your right elbow to your left knee while extending your right leg. Alternate sides, imitating the movement of a bicycle pedal. This exercise engages several muscle groups at once, helping you achieve toned and sculpted abs faster.
Plank variations
Why limit yourself to the plank when you can vary it? This exercise is ideal for developing core strength and stability. Try the forearm plank, side plank, or even jumping plank to keep your core muscles active.
Leg raises
This exercise primarily targets the lower abdominals, which helps to achieve well-developed abs. Lie on your back, place your hands under your hips for support, and lift your legs, keeping them straight. Slowly lower them back down without touching the ground. Repeat these movements 10-15 times.
Twisting
This exercise is aimed at oblique muscles and helps to improve rotational strength. Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, lift your feet off the ground, and rotate your torso in different directions while holding a kettlebell or water bottle.
Mountain climbers
This dynamic exercise involves the entire body, as well as the arms and legs. Get into a plank position and alternately pull your knees to your chest in a running motion.
