You can make delicious pasta like in Italy at home. British baker Mary Berry has shared a delicious recipe that is worth trying.

"This is my backup pasta dinner because it's so delicious, so quick, and everyone loves it. It's great for everyday use as well as for casual parties," says chef Mary Berry.
According to her, the recipe calls for a pasta sauce with sour cream and crispy Parma ham on top.
The recipe has only 8 ingredients, and its preparation consists of three stages.

How to cook Mary Berry's pasta
For this we need:
350 g of penne pasta
Two 80 g packages of Parma ham, cut into small pieces.
250 g of small brown mushrooms ( chestnuts ), cut in half or quarters
200 g of sour cream
100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
Two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
How to prepare the pasta
1. Put the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, drain and set aside.
2. Heat a skillet to high temperature. Fry the Parma ham until crispy and golden brown. Place half of the ham on a plate, setting aside. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry for two minutes. Then pour in the sour cream and bring to a boil. Return the ham and pasta, add the Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Put the flavorful pasta on plates and enjoy! Serve with a refreshing green salad and crusty bread if desired. Enjoyment is guaranteed!
