Richard Turner, a chef from London, tells us how to achieve a delicious grilled chicken crust. One of the most famous and titled chefs in the UK has found the best way.
Before grilling it, he recommends marinating it. Richard Turner called this method simple and incredible, DailyMail writes.
"I know you're all going to think I'm crazy, but hear me out! Using mayonnaise is one of the easiest and tastiest ways to marinate and grill meat," he said.
He advised using Hellmann's Real or Chilli Charger for this purpose. According to the chef, the meat absorbs saturated fats and oils, which helps it to brown evenly and get a crispy outer layer, while the inside remains tender and juicy.
Richard Turner believes that you don't need to be a culinary expert as mayonnaise does all the hard work for you.
