Liver cutlets will make a delicious budget lunch or dinner. They will also go well with any side dish or salad of fresh vegetables. For the preparation, you will need liver, a fatty piece of pork, and oatmeal instead of flour. SSPDaily tells about it.
- Cover the oatmeal with milk for 20 minutes.
- Wash and dry the liver. Remove the film and bile ducts.
- Peel the onion and cut it into pieces.
- Blend the liver, pork and onion in a blender. Combine with the oatmeal, add the egg, baking soda, pepper and salt. Stir and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Put a tablespoon of the liver mixture in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Tips:
- Use any kind of liver.
- Pork can be replaced with pork fat.
