The main difference between diet Easter cakes and classic ones is that the former contain fewer calories, fats, and sugar. For example, Lilia Tsvit suggests using stevia and rice flour to make Easter baking more healthy. This was reported by SSPDaily.
How to make a diet Easter cake by Lilia Tsvit:
- Put sliced bananas in a bowl, add eggs, stevia, rice flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix everything well with a blender until smooth.
- Add raisins (previously steamed and dried) and lemon zest. Mix so that they are evenly distributed in the dough. Divide the dough into 4 molds (7 cm in diameter), filling them to 2/3 of the volume.
- Put the molds with the dough in the microwave for 6-9 minutes at maximum power. Or in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-30 minutes.
- While the cakes are cooking, you can make the icing. To do this, pour hot cream over the chocolate pieces, stir until smooth, and brush the finished cakes with it. You can decorate to your liking.
