- Peel and grate the potatoes on a fine grater.
- Chop the dill.
- Squeeze the garlic through a press.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk. Add the pepper, salt, garlic, potatoes, sifted flour, oil and beat well again. Add the dill. Stir the mixture.
- Bake in a hot frying pan with oil on both sides until golden brown. Brush the finished pancakes with butter.
