It takes a lot of time and patience to make a real thick broth. But as it turns out, you don't have to stand in the kitchen and watch the process. SSPDaily prepared one easy and tricky method.
Experienced cooks make their own broth. How does it work? It's very simple.
Speaking of classic broth, it takes a long time to cook. But that's not the worst part. After all, you need to stay in the kitchen all the time and make sure that the broth does not boil over and that no foam appears on top, which should be constantly removed.
If you have time, you can skip the last step. All you need to do is put the vegetables and meat in a pot, put it in a cold oven, wait 15 hours, take it out and just collect everything that has accumulated on top. The broth is ready.
You can take the classic version of this broth:
- 4 liters of cold water
- 1 chicken
- a piece of duck
- a piece of beef
- a few chicken legs
- vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery, onions)
- 3 bay leaves
- 8 grains of allspice
- 15 grains of black pepper
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt.
Or you can create your own recipe to taste. Believe me, if you do everything right, the result will pleasantly surprise you.
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, cover with cold water, put in a cold oven, set the temperature to 110-115 degrees, and leave for 15 hours.
