Boil buckwheat or use cooked buckwheat, fry mushrooms, carrots, and onions. Form cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil. The dish is tasty and satisfying. This was reported by SSPDaily.
- Rinse the buckwheat groats. Pour water over it and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
- Rinse the mushrooms under running water and finely chop them.
- Fry the mushrooms with onions and carrots in vegetable oil until tender. Leave to cool. Add boiled buckwheat, pepper, salt, flour, and one teaspoon of oil. Mix everything well.
- Form patties from the resulting mass and roll them in flour. Fry on both sides in a hot frying pan with oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Tips:
- The whole mass can be lightly beaten with a blender.
