Basketball stars Hannah and Hayley Cavinder have revealed their travel diet, sharing that they include two breakfasts, a high-protein lunch, and dinner.
The 22-year-old Cavinder twins have gained significant attention on TikTok, boasting over 4.5 million subscribers. The sports icons have previously shared the strict diets they adhere to daily to stay fit, including three meals a day before lunch.
In a new YouTube video, the sisters provided a glimpse of their on-the-road eating habits. They demonstrated that they not only maintain their fitness but also allow themselves indulgences.
They mentioned planning every meal before leaving town, starting their day with coffee and a protein shake.
Their diet includes coffee and oatmeal with blueberries. For the second breakfast, they have a grilled egg white on an English muffin without cheese. Following the second breakfast, the twins hit the gym for a workout.
Later, they enjoy turkey wrapped in lettuce, excluding cheese and mayo.
The day concludes at a Mexican restaurant, where they order chips and salsa, a non-alcoholic margarita, and a fajita salad with extra chicken.
