2. Do not fertilize onions with nettle infusion because the growth stimulants contained in nettles will lead to the appearance of arrows on the plant, i.e., a flower stalk appears. This process is extremely undesirable because the arrow will take away nutrients that the onion rhizome needs.
3. As for nitrogen for fertilizing onions, if you overdo with it, the taste of the onions will deteriorate and the feathers will become brittle.
4. Although there is such an opinion, you should never fertilize onions with ammonia as such "fertilization" will simply burn the roots of the onion.
5. Despite the fact thatyeast is believed to enrich the soil, these microorganisms actually deplete it.

• You will need mineral fertilizers; superphosphate, potassium chloride, and phosphorus are good fertilizers for onions. It is important to do this in the right proportion.
