Baked chicken wings with herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken wings without tips;
- 3 tbsp. olive oil;
- juice of half a lemon;
- chopped several sprigs of thyme, parsley, or other herbs.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Toss the wings in a mixture of salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice (reserve a little). Place the wings on a baking sheet with enough space between them and put them in the oven.
2. Cook for 15 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the wings with chopped herbs and onions, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve. If desired, you can additionally prepare a side dish of potatoes or rice.
Baked zucchini boats
Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini;
- 250 g of chicken fillet;
- 1 bell pepper;
- ketchup;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- ½ jar of black olives;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 1 tbsp of olive oil;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Lubricate with ketchup.
- Cut the olives into halves. Dice tomato, bell pepper, carrot, and onion. Mix the vegetables, add the fried chicken, and season to taste.
- Put the resulting filling into the zucchini boats. Put on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before cooking.
Chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
- butter – 100 g;
- dill;
- garlic – 1 small head;
- minced chicken – 800 g;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- the edge of the loaf;
- salt, pepper, paprika;
- flour or breadcrumbs for frying cutlets.
Preparation:
- Add onion, garlic, potatoes, loaf (soaked in water), salt, pepper, and paprika to the minced meat.
- Mix and beat the minced meat well.
- Mix the soft butter and finely chopped dill until smooth.
- Put it on cling film and form a sausage, put it in the freezer.
- Cut the frozen butter into pieces and put it inside the minced meat, form a cutlet, and roll it in flour.
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
- Put it on a baking sheet or baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Puff pastry pie with chicken, cheese and spinach
Ingredients:
- puff pastry (yeast) – a standard pack;
- chicken fillet – two large breasts;
- seasoning for chicken (to taste);
- hard cheese – 200 grams;
- spinach – a pack (100 grams);
- egg yolk (for greasing the cake) – two pieces;
- sesame seeds at will.
Preparation:
- Defrost the dough at room temperature (about an hour).
- Cut the chicken into small pieces, fry in a pan with seasoning, and tear into fibers.
- Roll out the dough (not too thin). Form a layer, taking into account that half will be filled with the filling and the other half will be covered.
- Put the chicken on the dough, then grate the cheese, and spread the spinach on top (leave the edges of the dough without filling, we will pinch them).
- Cover our pie, and tightly fasten the edges together. Make the cuts.
- Whisk two egg yolks and brush our pie with a brush for a golden brown crust. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Put the cake in an oven heated to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Mushroom balls
Ingredients:
- champignons – 16 pcs;
- minced chicken – 400-500 g;
- mozzarella
- flour;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- breadcrumbs;
- salt, pepper, favorite spices.
Preparation:
- Make minced meat, salt, and add your favorite spices. Tear off the legs of the champignons (do not throw them away, you can fry them deliciously with onions)y
- Put mozzarella slices in the caps, cover with minced meat, and form balls. Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs, and then in breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a 180-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
