Don't have a baking dish but still want to cook? SSPDaily has shared three alternatives to traditional baking molds.
Aluminum foil
Shape the foil to the desired size, such as a pie pan or muffin pan. Coat the foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the foil pan on the baking sheet and fill it with batter.
Silicone mat
These flexible mats can withstand high temperatures, making them ideal for baking. Place them on the baking sheet and pour the batter onto them. The silicone material prevents sticking and promotes even cooking. It is a convenient and reusable alternative.
Tin cans
Grease the inside of the tins with butter or nonstick spray. Fill each tin with batter, leaving room to rise. Place the filled tins on a baking sheet and bake as usual.
