Ingredients:
- flour - 1.5 cups
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - one cup
- butter - 75 g
- unscented vegetable oil - 35 g
- milk - 150 ml
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- a pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- candied fruit, raisins, dried fruit to taste
How to make Easter cake in the microwave
- Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt with a mixer.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and melted butter to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix. Add chopped dried fruit or candied fruit and mix again.
- Grease the baking molds with oil and fill them with the dough to 1/3.
- Bake the Easter cakes in the microwave one at a time at full power for about 4-5 minutes. After that, wait a minute and take out the pastries.
- Decorate with icing.
