In a Dec. 31 Instagram post, Ariana shared a series of images capturing her most cherished moments. The carousel featured clips from her "the boy is mine" music video, a warm hug with Kristin Chenoweth, and footage of her singing with Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo at the 2024 Met Gala.

Among these photos was one particularly special selfie of Ariana with Ethan Slater. In the black-and-white picture, the couple sat on a golf cart, leaning close together. Their relationship became public in July 2023. In the background, their co-star Jeff Goldblum smiled for the camera. The focus of the photo captures Ariana and Ethan's closeness despite being somewhat blurred behind Jeff.
