Klum, 51, captured a heartfelt photo featuring her husband Tom Kaulitz, and her four children: Leni, 20, Henry, 19, Johan, 18, and Lou, 15. She reflects on their meaningful connection, highlighting that Leni was born to her ex Flavio Briatore, and later adopted by Seal in 2009.
