Nubia releases a global version of the Red Magic 9 Pro smartphone
The Nubia Red Magic 9 Pro gaming smartphone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip was recently introduced to the global market. This release follows its first launch in China about a month ago.
Pre-orders for the device will start on December 27, and the official sale will start on January 3. The smartphone will be available in two different colors and two memory configurations: 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage for $649/£579/€649 and 16GB of RAM with 512GB of storage for $799/£709/€799.
In terms of specs, the global version of the Nubia Red Magic 9 Pro is almost the same as its Chinese counterpart. It boasts a 6.8-inch flat AMOLED screen manufactured by BOE with a resolution of 1116×2480 pixels. The screen also supports a high refresh rate of 120 Hz and reaches a peak brightness of up to 1600 nits.
The smartphone is powered by the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It is equipped with an RGB-backlit fan that operates at 22,000 rpm, providing efficient cooling during intense gaming sessions.
The device is equipped with a versatile camera system that includes a 50MP + 50MP + 2MP primary camera. It also features an in-screen fingerprint scanner for enhanced security.
The smartphone is powered by a reliable 6500 mAh battery that supports fast charging with up to 80W, ensuring a fast and efficient recharging process.
