Post Malone Appears to Confirm Coachella 2025 Headlining Concert
Post Malone seems to suggest he will headline Coachella 2025 with his announcement of the BIG ASS Stadium Tour. Country artists Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell will join him on this tour.
Coachella fans received great news from Post Malone recently. The "Circles" singer announced a stadium tour beginning in April 2025. Notably, two dates hint at his headlining performance at the Southern California festival.
On Nov. 19, Post Malone, whose real name is Austin Post, shared the cities and dates for his upcoming tour. He marked April 13 and April 20 in Indio, Calif., coinciding with the two Sundays of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Adding mystery, the official press release for his tour did not reference the Coachella dates listed on his social media. The statement, released on Nov. 19, said, "Beginning April 29 at Salt Lake City’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, Post Malone Presents: The BIG ASS Stadium Tour" created by Live Nation lists these dates with T-Mobile as a sponsor. The tour promises memorable concerts filled with hits, fan favorites, and new songs from his sixth studio album, F-1 Trillion, which will release in August 2024.
While Coachella hasn't released its official 2025 lineup yet, this performance would mark Post's second Coachella appearance. He was on the official lineup in 2018, a weekend that featured headline performances by Beyoncé, The Weeknd, and Eminem. Additionally, Post made a surprise appearance in 2023 alongside headliner Bad Bunny.
Despite no formal confirmation about his headlining spot, his tour will feature other exciting artists. Jelly Roll, known for his recent crossover hits and impactful storytelling, joins the lineup. The tour’s statement highlights his voice, noting it’s significant within the realm of modern country music.
Furthermore, Sierra Ferrell will present her eclectic sounds and engaging vocals on select dates, enriching this star-studded tour lineup.
