Samsung Galaxy Fit 3: key features of the fitness tracker revealed
Samsung is preparing to release its long-awaited Galaxy Fit 3 fitness tracker. Recently, information about the design of the device was leaked online, and it became known that it received certificates from BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and TUV Rheinland.
The leaked design images show that the Galaxy Fit 3 will have a button on the right side, a heart rate sensor, and non-removable straps, providing both style and functionality. The BIS certification has assigned the Galaxy Fit 3 the model number SM-R390, hinting at an imminent launch in India.
One of the most significant improvements over its predecessor, the Galaxy Fit 2, is the battery. The TUV certification confirms that the Galaxy Fit 3 will be powered by a 200 mAh battery, which is a significant improvement over the previous 159 mAh model.
It also supports 5W charging, so you'll spend less time charging and more time enjoying your fitness routine.
Although previous sources have reported a rose gold color option, Samsung has not yet confirmed this. It is rumored that the Galaxy Fit 3 may be equipped with GPS, a feature that was not available in previous models.
In addition, it can run on Android OS instead of rtOS, which potentially opens up new opportunities for app integration. There is even speculation about built-in memory that will allow you to play music offline, enhancing your workout experience.
As for the price, the details remain undisclosed. However, it is expected to be a step up from the Galaxy Fit 2, which currently costs approximately 1700 UAH. Samsung has yet to announce an official launch date, making fitness enthusiasts eagerly await more information about this impressive fitness tracker.
