If you want to relax on a fantasy coast that looks like a scene in a historical movie, Trefor beach is the best option. There are no modern amenities there, but it can give you much more impressions than an ordinary beach.
It was there that the famous House of the Dragon was filmed. To create a complete picture, the only thing missing there are pterodactyls, North Wales Live writes.
This area is surrounded by three peaks of Y Eifl, shrouded in clouds. You can also see small fishing boats that are often pulled onto the sand near the water.
Most visitors are sincerely impressed by this place. "As for the atmosphere, there is nothing like it. It's quiet and peaceful, and you can feel the history here," said one tourist. Another added, "An unusual, calm and absolutely beautiful beach... I love it here!"
Trefor is considered a great place for picnics, while sunbathing is rare. Some people swim in the crystal clear water, others catch crabs and fish.
There is an emergency phone nearby in case of an emergency at sea. The ground here is boulder clay, which periodically crumbles into the sea, so special care is required in some places.
