Xiaomi 13T review
Design
Xiaomi 13T is similar in design to the Redmi K60 Ultra. In particular, it has flat edges and a square camera module made of high-quality materials: aluminum and Gorilla Glass 5. The front panel has a flat 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display with a stunning 1.5K resolution.
This display supports an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and reaches a peak brightness of 2600 nits. It's also compatible with HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision technologies.
Processor
Xiaomi 13T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor, known for its stable performance. Xiaomi is committed to providing reliable software support, and the smartphone comes with Android 13. The company promises a long support period, offering four major OS updates and an additional year of security patches.
Battery life
This is an advantage of the smartphone thanks to a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
Camera
On the front panel, this flagship has a versatile triple camera:
- A 50MP (24mm) primary camera with optical stabilization and f/1.9 aperture.
- A wide-angle lens with a resolution of 12 MP (15 mm) and f/2.2 aperture.
- A telephoto lens with 50 MP (50 mm) resolution, 2x zoom and f/1.9 aperture.
Leica, known for its expertise in photography, has fine-tuned color profiles with Leica Authentic Look and Leica Vibrant Look modes.
Both phones can record 4K HDR10+ video at 30 frames per second, and the Xiaomi 13T Pro even supports 8K/24fps video recording. In addition, the camera can shoot video in 10-bit LOG 4:2:0 H.265 format, providing extensive color correction options.
Connectivity
In terms of connectivity, both smartphones offer a USB-C port, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. They are also fully IP68-rated and offer great sound with Dolby Atmos stereo sound.
What makes Xiaomi 13T Pro different?
- It has a more powerful Dimensity 9200+ processor instead of Dimensity 8200 Ultra.
- It is equipped with a faster UFS 4.0 drive instead of UFS 3.1.
- It charges much faster thanks to 120W support.
- Storage configurations are more generous, offering up to 12/512GB in the base model and up to 16GB + 1TB in the Pro model.
- Design and other parameters remain identical for the two devices.

The Xiaomi 13T starts at €649 for the 8/256 GB configuration, while the higher-end Xiaomi 13T Pro model, with 12/256 GB of storage, starts at €799.
