Natalia Ostrovska, 1+1 star, took part in a photo shoot with her three-month-old daughter for the first time
Natalia Ostrovska, the host of 1+1 Marathon and TSN, and her daughter Agata, who was born three months ago, took part in a photo shoot for the first time. SSPDaily tells about it.
The young mother and her child graced the digital cover of Viva!
The presenter told us about the first months of motherhood, new challenges, her relationship with her husband, and how she is now balancing work and childcare.
Natalia Ostrovska returned to the live broadcasts of the United News marathon two months after the birth of her child. Natalia spoke frankly about her new experience and how she balances her work as a TV presenter and motherhood:
"I have to set aside time to express my milk between the talk studios, otherwise I may feel unwell. The freezer at the channel is already filled with milk for Agata. My work helps me to fill up emotionally and take care of my child with even more love. Motherhood is a very difficult job, sometimes moms need to change the environment and communicate with people, and television is a perfect option for this," Ostrovska said in an interview with Viva.
Natalia gained extra pounds during her pregnancy, but she is in no hurry to go on a diet because the main thing now is to feel good. Lactation also depends on it, as little Agata is breastfeeding:
"I gained 22 kilograms during my pregnancy, 12 of them went off quickly - in a few weeks, but I have to work on the rest. I'm watching my diet, and doing light workouts, and I can already see that my weight is gradually decreasing. You need to give yourself time. The other day I felt sad for some reason when I looked in the mirror and thought: "Where are my abs?" and then I looked at Agata and said: "There it is - so beautiful."
When asked if the TV presenter sees herself as a mother of several children in the future, Ostrovska replied:
"At the moment of labor, I told the doctors that I never wanted to have children again. Then the nurse said: "We'll talk to you in the evening after the delivery." ' And what do you think? In the evening, I answered that I could have another baby. I don't know how it works. We need more Ukrainians to give birth, but my turn is in three to five years. For now, I'm passing the baton to other Ukrainian women! I want a girl and a boy in the Ostrovsky family, but for now, I need to raise Agata and give her as much warmth and parental love as possible," Ostrovska said.
A month ago, Natalia Ostrovska showed how she was vacationing with her tiny daughter in Bukovel.
