Prince Harry Takes on Jimmy Fallon's Haunted ‘Tonightmares’ Maze
It seems Prince Harry isn’t afraid to get a little spooked! The Duke of Sussex made a hilarious appearance on the late-night show to navigate Jimmy Fallon’s haunted maze, "Tonightmares," at Rockefeller Center in New York City. This three-minute segment aired on September 26, where Harry, 40, and Fallon, 50, braved the haunted attraction, US Weekly reported.
As the duo explored the spooky maze, terrifying figures like zombies jumped out to startle them both. At one point, a surprised Prince Harry exclaimed, "I didn’t know you were there," encountering an unexpected scare. Due to their frequent cursing in response to the shocks, many bleeps were required throughout the clip.
The scares didn't stop there. Fallon found himself entangled in vines, wailing, "Oh God, I can’t get out of this," while Harry noticed a zombie resembling singer Michael Bublé. "Is that Michael Bublé?" Harry asked. Fallon humorously replied, "Yes, it’s Michael Bublé. You do a great job on The Voice!"
Even the "undead" couldn't resist the star power. Cameras captured the performers' reactions after realizing they had frightened Prince Harry. One actor, stunned to learn he had just scared the Duke of Sussex, exclaimed their disbelief.
A representative for Prince Harry had earlier announced that his visit to New York was to advance his patronages and philanthropic causes, including engagements with African Parks, The HALO Trust, The Diana Awards, and Travalyst. During an event for The HALO Trust, Harry reflected on how fatherhood influenced his advocacy for demining in Angola. "Much has changed in my life and the world since 2019… I do know my mother would have been horrified that anyone’s children or grandchildren would live in a world still infested with mines," he said.
Meghan and their children, Archie and Lilibet, did not accompany Harry on this trip. Nonetheless, his family remained close to his heart during the journey. The haunted "Tonightmares" site is open on select nights through October 31, offering an unforgettable night of frights and thrills including sinister characters like a deranged mad scientist and a terrifying werewolf, making it the ultimate labyrinth of fear.
