A study of airport passengers' opinions on the topic "Does the day of the flight and the time of boarding the plane matter to you?" showed that this factor is really important. Accordingly, the best and the worst days of the week and hours at which it is comfortable to fly were named.

HappyOrNot, the feedback company that conducted the survey and that manufactures terminals for measuring customer satisfaction, analyzed more than 7 million reviews in 30 countries. As a result, experts concluded that the best day for flights, according to passengers, is Wednesday. It was voted for by 88.7% of respondents.

As for the worst day for flights, it was Sunday, which received 79.9% of positive responses.

No less interesting results were obtained when analyzing the time of day. Thus, airport customers are most optimistic at 4 a.m. This time is preferred by 85.2% of respondents. However, tourists consider late evening, from 22.00 to 23.00, to be the least convenient time for traveling by air. This time of day is suitable for only 76.4% of passengers, and the rest, according to them, experience some psychological discomfort at the end of the day.

HappyOrNot specialists also studied the most pleasant airport locations for tourists. They offered a choice of areas: security, arrival, check-in, sanitary, and baggage claim. It turned out that the latter causes people the most irritation, and the security area, oddly enough, received the maximum number of "likes".
