Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba smoked a cigar during a live broadcast of a national telethon. SSPDaily tells about it.
From the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Dmytro Kuleba was speaking about the situation on the Ukrainian-Polish border, with farmers blocking checkpoints with Ukraine. And it was at this point that technical problems with the connection arose: "Are we done?" the minister asked, thinking the broadcast had been interrupted, and then lit a cigar.
The telethon journalist then replied: "We can hear you."
