Disney Superfan's Home For Sale in Wales

Disney enthusiasts might just find their dream home in Rhyl, Denbighshire, where a unique Disney-themed house featuring large murals of beloved characters from Disney movies is now on the market, Sky News reported. The charming property was the childhood home of the current owner, who's resided there for 57 years.

Marti Anderson-Bryan from Elwy Estates shared with Sky News that in her fifteen years in the business, this is the first such property she's encountered. "The current homeowner is a huge Disney fan," Anderson-Bryan mentioned. "She has visited Disney over 20 times and has lived in this house all her life."

The house showcases multiple Disney-inspired murals, including a Mary Poppins versus Peter Pan staircase with hot pink walls and detailed silhouettes. There's also a garden mural featuring ET and Star Wars characters, drawing curiosity and interest.

"The property has attracted a lot of curious visitors," Anderson-Bryan remarked, but she noted there are a few serious buyers who appreciate the location and see the potential beyond the Disney decor. She further described the main living area as "Aladdin's cave," emphasizing the home's fantastical features.

Despite the interest, Anderson-Bryan acknowledges that some new owners may choose to redecorate. "Maybe not everyone would keep the murals, but I would surely keep the candy floss clouds on the bedroom ceiling; those are my favorite," she added.
