The expert also explained how to sleep soundly without doing it on the stomach and admitted that many people hate him for sharing such information.
In particular, @Levitix said, "Between you and the mattress is only your stomach, regardless of its size, and your internal organs, so there is no support for the spine, and gravity will continue to pull down on those points, fighting its natural curve."
"But if you lie on your back, your spine will be supported and the weight of your internal organs will be distributed evenly."
In another video, he stated, "When you lie on your stomach like this, these muscles are stretched for a long time and it is not good." He also warned that the additional pressure on the spine "will cause serious problems very soon."
In his third video, @Levitix said that he received a lot of negative comments, so he decided to spill the tea. He shared some sleeping positions in which you can feel comfortable without lying on your stomach.
The first option is to put a pillow between the tip of your ear and the tip of your shoulder, and fill this space.
The second option is to place the pillow between your knees and ankles. It will stabilize the hip, and you will not be motivated to turn that leg over.
The third is to hug the pillow to take the weight off your upper shoulder.
Any of these ways will make you more stable and reduce the likelihood that you will end up on your stomach at night.
