Woman exposes her husband's infidelity thanks to a tattoo - a true story
When the husband suddenly decided to get a tattoo, his wife did not dissuade him, but she was surprised by the choice of the picture.
The woman told about this anonymously on the popular Reddit forum when she was looking for support after she decided to divorce. SSPDaily told more about her story.
The 43-year-old woman said she had been married for 19 years. Together with her husband, they raised an 18-year-old daughter, and their marriage seemed strong.
"A year and a half ago, my husband got a tattoo. I don't have a problem with tattoos or anything, but we never even talked about it. He said he started thinking about tattoos because one of his sisters married a man who had several tattoos. This made my husband realize that he wanted to do it," the woman said.
The woman was even more surprised by the choice of the design. Her husband got a lily on his chest on the left side above his heart. The woman added that despite not liking the design, she kept quiet.
"I did not comment because he is free to do whatever he wants with his body,"- the woman explained.
According to her, the man did not stop there and a little more than a year later added an ivy branch around the lily.
In addition, after the tattoo story began, the husband stopped taking his wife to corporate events and parties with his colleagues. He said it was because of the pandemic, but by this time, quarantine restrictions had begun to ease, so this refusal looked very strange.
But one day he finally agreed to take his wife with him. At that party, the woman met her husband's colleague, whose name was Lili.
"My husband swore it was a coincidence. I tried to ignore my feelings about him suddenly wanting to get a tattoo. But eventually he admitted that he had been having an affair with a colleague for the past two years," the woman said.
