- Divide the cauliflower into florets. Boil it over medium heat for 15 minutes. Put it in a colander, then transfer it to a bowl and chop it with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the eggs, pepper, salt, and flour to the cabbage. Stir to combine.
- In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, fry the cabbage patties on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
